Caitlyn
“I felt so out of place when my teachers suggested I attend a special class. It made me feel different, like I didn't belong. All I wanted was to fit in with my friends. The idea made me sad and scared. I just wished I could be normal like everyone else.”

“I felt alone, like nobody understood the chaos in my mind.
My grades suffered, and I felt disconnected. It got so tough that I wanted to give up. But then, I found a community, people who get it, who listen without judgment.”

"I wished for everything to stop, maybe it was due to an incessant sense of being misunderstood; or it might have been because at school, I could feel the weight of judgment in every whisper as I walked by. Or perhaps it was because the expense of importing medication from Spain to Morocco equaled my dad's entire salary."

“how do I know if I have ADHD ?”
Can you relate ?
01
Inattention:
-You easily get distracted by noises, movements, or thoughts.
-You find it hard to concentrate on tasks for an extended period.
-Your mind tends to rapidly jump from one idea to another, making it hard to sustain attention on a single task or conversation.
02
Hyperactivity
-You struggle to remain seated or still and feel a constant urge to move or fidget.
-You often engage in multiple activities simultaneously and struggle to remain focused on a single task at a time.
-You engage in physical activities excessively or in a way that seems more energetic than usual.
Please remember, experiencing these symptoms doesn't confirm an ADHD diagnosis. Seeking professional evaluation is necessary for accurate assessment and guidance.
03
Impulsivity
-You frequently act on impulses or without thinking through the consequences beforehand.
-You tend to interrupt others frequently during conversations or struggle to wait for your turn to speak.
-You often speak or act without considering the situation or the impact of your words or actions on others.
